She was born in Rome. She is mostly known as the host of the Italian version of Caiga Quien Caiga (Le Iene). She played in Leonardo Pieraccioni's feature film Il mio West in 1998, as well as in TV series Tequila and Bonetti (2000) and Carabinieri.

Marcuzzi posed nude for calendars in 1998 (for the magazines Max and Panorama, respectively).
