Amanda Jeannette Detmer (born September 27, 1971 in Contra Costa County, California, and raised in Chico, California to Melvin Detmer and Susan Thurmon) is an American actress who made her big screen debut playing Miss Minneapolis in the beauty pageant-set comedy Drop Dead Gorgeous. She has also made notable appearances in Saving Silverman and Big Fat Liar. She also appeared in Final Destination as Terry Chaney, the second death of the film, who got splattered by a bus. She appeared in the movie (Sands of the Saraha) within the movie, The Majestic, opposite Bruce Campbell. |
