Bridgette Leann Wilson (born September 25, 1973), also known as Bridgette Wilson-Sampras, is an American actress. She was born in Gold Beach, Oregon, and was crowned Miss Teen USA in 1990 in Biloxi, Mississippi, and was the second contender from Oregon to win the crown. After her reign as Miss Teen USA, she became an actress and appeared in Last Action Hero, Billy Madison, Mortal Kombat (playing Sonya Blade), I Know What You Did Last Summer and The Wedding Planner, among others. In addition to acting she sings, and her music is popular in Japan.
Wilson is 5 ft 9 in tall, often does her own stunts, and wears size 12 shoes, perhaps the largest of any actress working in Hollywood today. Wilson's sister, Tracy Wilson, is also an actress.
She married tennis champion Pete Sampras on September 30, 2000, and they have two sons, Christian Charles (b. November 21, 2002) and Ryan Nikolaos (b. July 29, 2005).
Bridgette was also a judge on the 2006 Miss Universe competition.
