How to Participate
Internet Entry - You may participate in Sponsor's contests and promotions by registering at http://www.terababes.com/contests.htm.  Registration earns participants subscription to Sponsor's Email List and one entry in every contest held after the time of entry.

Judging
Prize winners will be selected in two ways:
   1. Every 1000th entry will automatically be a winner
   2. Any additional winners will be selected though random drawings
All decisions regarding winner selection are final.

Dates Of Promotion
The 1000th Entry promotion will be ongoing.  Any and all other promotions dates will be determined at the discretion of Sponsor.

Prizes
Prizes are To Be Determined and may or may not be announced ahead of time.  See http://www.terababes.com/contests.htm for more detailed information about future prizes.

Prize Limitations
Potential prize winners must respond within 10 days of notification to receive their prize.  Potential prize winners who fail to respond within 10 days of notification will forfeit their prize.

Substitution
No substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

Notification Of Winners
Potential prize winners will be notified via the Sponsor's Email List, using the email address provided at the time of registration.  In order to protect winners' privacy, email addresses will only be partially displayed in the notification.

Odds
The odds of winning the 1000th Entry promotion are 1000:1.  Odds of winning any additional promotions will vary based on the number of entries received. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning any drawing for which the entry is entered.

Eligibility
This Promotion is open to residents of the United States, age 18 and older.  Potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility before receiving prize.  Void where prohibited by law.

Ineligible Parties
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households, and advertising and promotion agencies of the foregoing are not eligible to win prizes.

Disqualification
Any individual who corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or operation of this promotion will be disqualified and prohibited from accessing Sponsor's web site.  Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Technology
Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, equipment or software, telephone network or lines, failure to receive any email or entry due to technical problems with the internet or any web site, internet service provider, telephone lines or combination thereof, or any problem or technical malfunction due to weather or acts of God.  Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, stolen, damaged, illegible or garbled.

Liability
All prize winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or by the acceptance and/or use of any prize. Winners release Sponsor, promotion partners, and agents of each from any such liability.

Taxes
All Prize winners are responsible for all local, state or federal taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection or use of any prize.

Costs
Winners are responsible for all incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules.

Applicable Laws
All international, federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.  Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Publicity Rights
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation or notice.

By entering this promotion, Participant agrees to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this and all future promotions any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.

Termination
In the event this promotion is compromised in any way that is beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to, technical failures, tampering, viruses, bugs, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.  In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes to a potential winner selected from among eligible entries, if any, received prior to the date of the termination.
