We recently removed some of the non-nude celebrity photographs that were being displayed on this site, and we wanted you to know why.

When we created this web site, we were admittedly naive about copyright law.  Until recently, we were operating under the impression that we could legally use photos found on web sites that stated the photos were in the public domain.  Unfortunately, despite what you might read elsewhere, this is not the case.  Very few, if any of the photos you find on the internet are indeed in the public domain.  Virtually all photographs are copyrighted, and it is simply illegal to use them without the permission of the copyright holder.  Copyright violation is a serious crime and violators may face serious consequences.

The good news is:
We have written permission from the appropriate copyright holders to use thousands of the photos found on this web site, including every single picture (more than 10,000) found in the Adult Section - celebrity nudes and all - so those aren't going anywhere.  We have also purchased licenses allowing us to legally display numerous other photos on this site, and we continue to do so all the time.  Lastly, we are the copyright holders for many more of the photos we are using.  That means thousands and thousands of the photographs on this web site will remain for you to enjoy and more will be added all the time.

The bad news is:
Many of the other photos are gone.

Hopefully this notice has helped explain why TeraBabes.com has changed.  This site is not going away, and we're still adding new and exciting content all the time, so be sure to come back soon...
